Heather Fawcett

Senior Project Manager, VMX International LLC

Heather Fawcett has worked for VMX International LLC for 14 years. Heather established the Federal Division, which has won VMX International over 35 government contracts. Heather prides herself on providing excellent customer service and has received exceptional Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting (CPARS) ratings from Government agencies such as US Airforce and USGS.

Heather has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Earth Science from Central Michigan University. While attending CMU, Heather was a member of the Conservation Club. Conserving our natural resources has always been her passion.

Heather has twin daughters that attend Michigan State University and enjoys traveling and going to wine tastings with her husband in her spare time.





Amanda Hall

Accounting Specialist for VMX International

Amanda Hall is an Accounting Specialist for VMX International. She assists with managing all financial accounts within the organization, with over seven years of experience in accounting and Finance. She has work experience in private, public accounting, and government billing. Amanda plans to continue growing with VMX International as they move from "Good" to "Great".

Coming from a hard-working family of local Detroit rescue workers. Amanda is an active member of her community and has volunteered at multiple organizations to give back, including the Metro Detroit Police Department.

Amanda studied accounting and Finance at Wayne State University. Her ultimate goal is to complete her CPA program with the University of Michigan.

Amanda enjoys traveling with my husband, family, and friends outside of work.



Justin Zaleski

Project Manager for VMX International

Justin Zaleski is a project manager with VMX international. Justin Zaleski graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Environmental Science and Management. He is passionate about the environment and volunteer work outside of the office.

With five years of experience in the environmental field, he brings knowledge and a can-do attitude to the waste issues of today.

Residing in Dearborn with his wife Sabrina and their dog Ty, Justin is passionate about the growth and revitalization of the metro Detroit area.




Carl Johnson, JR

Environment Tech, VMX International

Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Carl started his career in the culinary arts. Beginning as a meat cutter, Carl became the manager of the first Black-owned Save-A-Lot right here in the city. He excelled in his management, sales associate, and driver positions until he returned to school to obtain his CDL License. After receiving his license, he worked at VMX International as a truck driver. Currently, he is an Environment Tech at VMX International. He looks forward to bringing forth his environmental services expertise to the position.
