In 2001, VMX International opened its doors in Detroit, Michigan by its’ President, Vickie Lewis, to work on waste and recycling solutions for the automotive industry. From a single purpose business model and three employees, VMXI has expanded its services and grown the staff to meet our customers needs and support continued growth. As an environmental services company, we provide solid waste collection, recycling, regulatory, and project management services to government, commercial, industrial and construction customers across the US and Canada.
All VMXI employees are trained to meet or exceed state and federal regulations with a safety goal of zero incidents. We pride ourselves on a stellar injury record since the origination of the company.
In today’s marketplace, a company’s success depends on the integrity of its leadership. The management team of VMX International consists of seasoned environmental professionals with more than 40 years of combined experience in the environmental industry.
